Fritz received his Master’s degree of disaster management engineering from the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology, South Korea, in 2015. He is currently a PhD student at the School of Urban Environmental Engineering of the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology.
His research interests include disaster modeling, early warning system, and disaster risk analysis.
Since September 2017, Fritz is an academic guest at the Chair of Risk, Safety and Uncertainty Quantification, as a part of his PhD program on earthquake early warning and risk assessment. His one-year stay is supported by a Swiss Government Excellence Scholarship.
